Balka Koort Community Garden

Balga SHS has set aside an area of land to establish a community garden; a place where all generations can work and learn together to grow fruit, vegetables and plants. A place to meet new friends, learn new skills and to help create welcoming space for everyone in our community.

We need your input to make this happen! This survey aims to identify what kind of activities and facilities you would like to access in a community garden and what benefits you think you may experience from using it.

This survey is for individuals of all ages, as well as groups and organisations who are located in Balga and the surrounding areas. The more responses we receive, the better – so please take a little time (about 5 minutes) to fill in the questionnaire and let us know what you think. If you are an organisation, please answer on behalf of your user group.

All information will be treated confidentially. The results of the survey will be used in our discussions with the City of Stirling, in our funding applications and to help develop the community garden project.

Community Gardens can play a part in us learning to live more sustainably. Please rank the following activities.
